Lightbox is a simple, unobtrusive script used to overlay images on the current page. Lokesh dakar created the lightbox for images with this plugin which changed the way images are viewed on webpages. Awesome plugin. You can see thousands of lightbox plugins using various JS frameworks but all them started from this awesome plugin from Lokesh Dakar.
